Morphological features and productive potential of plants of the genus Vigna Savi. in the conditions of the Right-Bank ForestSteppe of Ukraine

Aim. To conduct a comprehensive study of morphological features the genus Vigna plants, to assess their productive potential depending on species characteristics under conditions introduction in Right-Bank Forest-Steppe Ukraine. Methods. The main method work was comparative analysis plants grown from seeds. research carried out at sites and laboratory Department Cultural Flora M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden Academy Sciences Ukraine during 2019–2021. Plants four Vigna: V. radiata (L.) R.Wilczek, angularis (Willd.) Ohwi & H.Ohashi, mungo Hepper, unguiculata Walp were material for study. We studied patterns growth processes plant development characteristics. Soil germination seeds without prior preparation determined depen ding Field, me thods variance statistical evaluation average data using Microsoft Excel (2010) used. Results. It revealed that radiata, angularis, mungo, being introduced Right Bank characterized by high level sprouting energy (from 64.8% 78.9% ) 84.3% 99.6% angularis), intensity aboveground underground organs growing season seed productivity 468 g/m2 585 mungo). This indicates prospects cultivation as source breeding advisability use crop production, which will expand raw base addition traditional legumes cereals.
